Season Passes are only issued for persons who either live or work in Whitney-on-Wye or Clifford. Given that the Toll Bridge spans both parishes. We offer a substantially discounted annual rate for vehicles registered in either of these parishes. For those who work in the area, you only need to let us know who your employer is and we will confirm with them, given that we know most people in our community.  Our Season Passes run in alignment with the tax year, from 06th April to the following April 5th. If a Season Pass is purchased during a Season then it is charged at pro-rata rate. For the 2025/2026 season the first vehicle is charged at £140 for the year, a huge 62% saving, and all subsequent vehicles are charged at £85 per vehicle, which is a massive 77% saving. Each Season pass is only ever issued for 1 vehicle. Each vehicle must carry a back up RFID card, the pass is £10 (full refundable if no longer needed). There is a small admin charge for setting up season passes.
